OUR STORY

The project is a continuation of a successful story: the first business center "Atrium" has been successfully operating for many years and unites dozens of successful companies. Its great popularity and increased demand from businesses became the main motivation to build an even larger, modern and comfortable working environment - "New Atrium".

 

The business center includes 12,400 sq.m. of retail office space located on 7 office and commercial floors. The new atrium combines premium-level infrastructure: a conference hall, a fitness center, various food outlets and a cozy relaxation area. The two-level parking lot is designed for 130 cars.

The business center also provides 24-hour security, video surveillance, fire safety, elevator service and cleaning. The building's architectural design and panoramic stained glass windows create a naturally lit, calm and productive working environment.

 

The monolithic construction of the new atrium is made with a Urigello system. Spanish-made Neolithic stone is specified for the facade cladding. High-quality energy-efficient aluminum glass-stained glass. Finnish-made Kone elevators will be installed in the building. The business center is provided with a modern centralized heating-cooling climate control system.
